The DC disc brake of the
YVFEJ2 electromagnetic brake motor is installed on the end cover of the non-shaft extension end of the motor. When the brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake also works at the same time. Due to the electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, the brake disc is disengaged from the armature end cover, and the motor starts to run. When the power is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses its magnetic attraction, the spring pushes the armature to press the brake disc, and the motor stops immediately under the action of the friction torque.
Conditions of use: The electromagnetic brake motor can run continuously at the rated power under the following conditions:
①Altitude: no more than 1000 meters;
②The ambient air temperature varies with the season, but it should not exceed +40℃, not lower than -15℃, and it should not start more than 6 times per minute;
Working mode: Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz
Voltage: 220/380V, 380V
Connection method: Y connection method for power of 3 kW and below, △ connection method for power of 4 kW and above
Insulation class: B class, F class
Protection class: IP44, IP54 or IP55
